Tomorrow

Take a day off, go for a walk, talk to someone you trust. Go to the library, borrow the book of Louise Hay 'You can heal your life'. Read it. Treat yourself as a very special person, love yourself and if you still feel miserable, go to the doctor and ask him to speak to a specialist. Don't be afraid, he won't bite you.
