One time soon
Try to find the key to your inner self, to your inner child, the solutions for wrong patterns and traumas that cause you pain, anxiety and fear. This is the only path that will lead you in right direction - so step on it with courage. Listen to yourself, and to your inner voice. Love yourself. Join a self-help group - if nothing else, just visit them. Write! Find a way to put your thoughts in order, and a way that will help you overcome the difficult times. Try to go for a walk regularly, do not close yourself into your room. Do not think that everything is black. Talk to people. Tell them about your problems. Open your heart to the light, love, God's energy. Have faith, and you will find a way.
